Our Company History

Operating Principles

At Iron Core, our deep technical qualifications aren’t just credentials, they’re the backbone of how we operate and deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality projects. Every job starts with a clear regulatory roadmap, aligning scope with ASME and ABSA requirements to eliminate risk before fabrication begins. Our qualified welders, certified procedures, and full material traceability ensure that every component, weld and record meets exacting standards. Through disciplined quality processes, proactive scheduling, and open communication, we keep projects on track and clients informed. From planning through turnover, our process is built to derisk execution, uphold safety, and deliver lasting performance, every time, on time.

TURNKEY APPROVAL

We map ASME/ABSA requirements up front and manage ABSA registration end-to-end, eliminating risk before fabrication begins. Regulatory certainty becomes schedule certainty.

TRUSTWORTHY EXECUTION

Disciplined build, clean paperwork, ontime turnover. Qualified welders, certified procedures, and full material traceability—backed by rigorous quality program, proactive scheduling, and clear communication. The result: on spec, on budget, on schedule, with a complete turnover package.

SOLID TURNOVER PACKAGE

Clean paperwork, confident handover. Full material traceability, certified procedures, and inspection records bundled into a complete turnover package. Compliance made easy for operations, audits, and future mods.

A Message From Our Owner

"To all Iron Core clients, when we started Iron Core back in 2012 - two welders with muddy boots and big ambitions - we didn’t set out to be the biggest outfit; we set out to be the most accountable. That’s still the promise I make to every client: strong quality work, done right, with full code compliance.

Our team is trades-first. Every executive here came up through the tools, which means we care about constructability, not buzzwords. We manage the ABSA registration path, build to ASME code and standards, and keep the paperwork as clean as the welds. Your project moves from design through fabrication, installation, commissioning, and handover on spec, on budget, and on schedule.

You’ll hear us talk a lot about BRAISE - Balance, Respect, Awareness, Integrity, Strategy, Excellence. Those aren’t posters on a wall; they’re the way we show up on your site. Assume nothing, verify everything. Keep people safe. No excuses. No nonsense. Adjust and get it done right. It’s simple discipline that saves time and avoids surprises.

We invest heavily where it matters: our people, our safety and quality programs, our certifications and those relationships that remove friction. Onboarding is smooth and audits aren’t scary. We also put technology to work for you: 3D scanning and 3D design help us speed up tie-ins, minimize overall work, reduce rework, and improve quality. Beyond capital projects, the same standards drive our service work optimization, preventive maintenance, emergency fixes, pipeline construction, wind turbine repairs, custom high-pressure fabrication and registration. Different scopes, same mindset: one accountable team, clear communication, and a turnover package you can trust."
